Yes! Our tents are extremely versatile and can be customized with lighting, flooring, sidewalls, heating, and decor to match your event's theme or layout. We’ll work with you to create a comfortable and stylish environment that fits your vision.

What happens if something gets damaged during my event?

Customers are responsible for any lost or damaged items. We offer optional damage waivers to cover accidental damage, but intentional misuse or negligence is not covered. Please review our rental agreement for full details.

Our tents are anchored securely using stakes on grass or weighted systems on concrete or pavement. They’re engineered to remain stable in windy conditions, and our professional setup crew ensures everything is safely installed no matter the surface.
