What types of events do you provide rentals for?

We provide rentals for a wide range of events, including weddings, birthday parties, corporate events, festivals, baby showers, and more. If you’re planning any kind of gathering, we can help make it memorable.

Do you offer delivery, setup, and takedown services?

Yes! We offer full delivery, setup, and takedown for all our rental items. Our team will ensure everything is properly installed and removed according to your event schedule.

How far in advance should I book my rentals?

We recommend booking as early as possible, especially for large events or during peak seasons (spring and summer). Ideally, reserve your items at least 4–6 weeks in advance to ensure availability.

What happens if something gets damaged during my event?

Customers are responsible for any lost or damaged items. We offer optional damage waivers to cover accidental damage, but intentional misuse or negligence is not covered. Please review our rental agreement for full details.

Can I make changes to my order after booking?

Yes, you can make changes up to a certain point before your event—typically 7 days prior. Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to adjust your rental items or quantities.

What happens if it rains or there’s bad weather on the event day?

We offer tent rentals that provide shelter for outdoor events. However, we strongly recommend having a backup plan or weather contingency in place. Our team can help you choose weather-appropriate options during the planning process.
